Over the last few years, I have had Precision Garage Door work on my garage door three times. They have replaced the rollers, then the motor, and this time the big spring over the door. Each time they have arrived promptly, did the work quickly and efficiently. They give me a phone call before they come and information on which tech will be showing up. They have all been great guys and answer all of my questions. The charges have been reasonable. I highly recommend them for garage door repairs.

While I suppose time will tell as to how well the doors will holdup, I do want to comment on the pre-installation customer service and the crew who installed the doors. First, there was no pressure to purchase (i.e e-mails or phone calls) after I received a quote. Once I placed the order there was follow-up on the delivery date both a week prior to and day of delivery & installation. I received a text and phone call a half hour prior to the installers arriving. Once there the installers offered to help move some of the items out of the way in the garage and to dismantle some of the previous garage door supports. They were both pleasant and accommodating. They completed the installation ahead of schedule and thoroughly went through suggested periodic maintenance on the doors and asked if I had questions. The price was exactly as quoted.
