The service was exceptional! The man who came was very professional and knowledgeable. He spent time explaining the options. And he was patient! It was a day when several other things had broken and I wasn’t in the best mood thinking of the additional repairs on the to do list! He put it all in a positive perspective! The only good thing is they gave me a new remote to open existing garage opener. The man that came, Ron, was the owner. He was grouchy, rude, and condescending. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. For a minor fix as well. Never calling them again.

Our garage door was going down at an angle at 5:00 on a Friday. We called Precision and they had someone at our house within an hour of me calling and fixed the problem within the hour! I will be using them for all my repair needs and Sean, the technician, was great!

First of all, Your office gal was very pleasant and thorough. I went with your company because I used you for my garage door replacement a few years ago. I had a great experience then and I had gotten a few estimates and you were the least expensive. Today I needed an extremely old remote replaced and also needed a new keypad, so I called precision. The owner came out. He is very personable and explains what you need to know. All in all, another good experience with Precision. Very pleased with the quick response also. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and if need be, I would call them again.

Our spring broke at 6:30am this morning (Saturday). I called Precision at 8:00 when they opened and Rob was here by noon. He was in and out in 15 minutes and was a super nice and pleasant guy! I’m not in a rush but when our garage door does ever need to be replaced, I’ll for sure call Precision. Thanks so much guys!

Today I had my garage door repaired. It’s one of the old heavy ones. In fact it’s the original one from when the garage was built very heavy. I love it but I’ve had it repaired more than once. And it’s time to replace it. I give the work 4 stars and the door is working great. I will check around on door pricing before and different styles before I am ready to do anything. I believe this company has been fair with its pricing and they do quality work.

I called this company when I saw their truck (and phone number) in my neighbor's driveway. Made an appointment for inspection and service. Nick was wonderful, gave me honest options, and performed excellent repairs! He was a delight.. patient and cheerful and such a pro.
