My technician Shawn was very pleasant and courteous. He tried was able to educate me on what the problem was, (little did I know just unplugging it would re-boot the system). I have used Precision before and I am pleased with the service. And they came the next day after I called ! thank you.

We had used Precision Garage Door services several years ago. We were very satisfied with the service we received at that time. When we experienced problems once again with our garage door, we automatically called Precision Garage Door . The Technician with whom we dealt, Sean Seelig, was extremely professional. He answered all of our questions about the problem which we had encountered and what he did to fix it, and about how to prevent said problem from recurring! Very happy (once again) to have availed ourselves of Precision Garage Door services!

I have used Precision Garage Door Service before. All employees were friendly, helpful and professional. The technician I had was Zikret, and I would request him again. He explained everything in a way I could understand. He was polite, on time, and gave me many choices. He is a good technician. Precision is a good company.

Ron from Precision came early for appointment on Sat morning to repair a broken Torsion Spring, (which by the way was made late Friday afternoon). He explained everything needed for the repair and gave me the cost before starting. He is very experienced and knowledgeable about everything involved in garage doors and openers. Repairs took less than an hour to make. They are very professional in what they do. I highly recommend them.

I have had prior experience with Precision Door, so called them first. They came the same day and fixed the garage door problem. They sent a photo of the technician coming so I'd know who to expect. He arrived on time, and did the repair quickly. I will use their services again.

Highly pleased with most recent service ! Just recently purchased a new house and garage door openers were in need of replacing. Zikret did a phenomenal job start to finish. Zikret went over all-of our options and took time to explain them . Our tech was professional and very knowledgeable. And the finished product was beyond expectations. I hopefully never have to call you guys again but will definitely recommend! Thanks !

I was having an issue with my garage door opener. Purchased from Precision several years ago along with a new door. Door would not close. Turned out to be a simple sensor misalignment. Owner Ron showed up, was very pleasant and informative. Customer satisfaction is clearly top of mind at this company. We need more businesses like this. Trusted, competent, affordable, reliable, prompt and timely. Excellent communication and transparency.

I found you thru an internet search. I spoke with a technician on the phone to ask some questions. He was great. The technician that came to service the opener did a great job as well, very knowledgeable and friendly.

Ron is a very experienced technician. He figured out what the problem was right away. The problem with the range of my remote is radio signal interference. Great information about all the different things that can affect and interfere with a garage door opener signal.

I called last night at 4:30. They offered to come out at night, but I waited until morning. Their tech showed up ahead of time and explained what new parts were needed to rebuild and upgrade my thirty year old system. I agreed and an hour later the job was complete. they tech was friendly and fast. Great Job!

Very quick to respond to call made to fix garage door that was holding my car hostage in the garage. Especially on the weekend. Was on time, informative, and very friendly. Ron performed work in a timely manner and explained everything. The company is highly recommended, and I will refer them to my friends. Cost was also very reasonable.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with this company. Last August, we needed to get the garage door modified to raise higher for a new vehicle. Sean came up with a great solution and fixed a spring problem from another company. We had a issue this week that was quickly and easily fixed under warranty by Zikret who explained the minor issue - possibly caused by a power outage - and clearly explained the issue to me. Everyone from technicians to people who answer the phone has been extremely polite and helpful. I'm very happy to have found this company!

Phil was knowledgeable, fixed the immediate problem, answered questions, and informed me of multiple possible options for the future. Did not try to upsell me, and service fee seemed fair. Would use Precision again and would recommend to others.
