These folks are reliable, friendly and knowledgeable. They have installed new garage doors and a new garage door opener here within the last couple of months. They respond quickly when contacted, and work efficiently when they are on a job. Their prices are very reasonable. Two thumbs up!

A very professional company, from setting up the appointment to coming out and doing the work efficiently and neatly. Like many companies, Precision has the tech call when on the way to your home, but then you also get a text confirming the call, with a photo of the technician who is on the way. I don't think it took him half an hour to replace the rollers on two garage doors, along with replacing the rubber gasket that seals the bottom of the doors.

Zikret was very polite and helpful. And didn't laugh too hard when we found old smoke detectors making the chirping sound. He did a nice job changing rusty hinges, adding a rubber thing to the bottom of the door and explaining things to me.

We've worked with Precision Garage Doors over the years and they've been constantly great. We had a reoccurring "bang!" when the door went up, and were concerned it might be something major. Zeak showed up right on time, and diagnosed and fixed the issue(s) in no time. I would say based on my experiences with them, their team has always been friendly and clear about what they recommended prior to doing the work, and never fail to repair and fix the problem. Nothing is cheap any more, but Precision is fair, and because of the quality of the work, I'd say they're a value. We won't be calling anyone else.

Our garage door stopped working and Precision Garage Door came out same day and even earlier than promised. They replaced the 28 year old motor and is working very quietly now and even has other nice features like keypad entry and sensor lights. Thank you Ron!

Didnt like the sound of garage door opener..Sadmir checked everything, lubed all, & spotted a hazard w/spring &adjusted.He told me opener was near 30 yr old.Asked if it should be replaced, replied no its still ok but will need eventual replacement . .Didn't try & sell me. Was impressed with his honesty & had him install a new opener. Fair price

I greatly appreciated the professional, respectful, and friendly service I received today from Sean. He worked hard to find the source of the problem with my aging garage door opener and explained in clear language what he was trying to do. Since the problem is intermittent I'm not yet sure if it was resolved. If I ultimately need to replace the opener I will definitely give my business to this company. I had a similar positive experience with a different technician last year when my garage door needed replacement.

Customer Service like this is rare in this day and age! Out of the blue our spring on garage door broke. We already knew the original installation was not normal and it was going to be a problem. Called to see if someone could come and take a look. 1.5 hrs later Ron was at my house! 2 days later he returned and fixed the spring so we can at least use the door. So happy with him no other quotes are even needed or wanted. We are going to replace the entire door and get a new opener. Thanks a million Ron! If you need a garage door repair or a new door...look no further just call Precision!! Honest, upfront, positive, and old school work ethic at it's finest.

Great communication from Precision as to who was coming and basically exactly what time they would be there. We upgraded to a new Wifi garage door opener with a camera as well. We easily purchased a third remote from the tech when he was there. Tech communicated well during the entire install. Very pleased with the level of service and communication from Precision. I highly recommend working with them.

Ron did a great job and was very professional and personable. He was able to replace a drive part in my opener rather than selling me a new opener, which was a pleasant surprise for me. He also adjusted my springs, lubed the rollers and adjusted my photo sensor. All this and at a very reasonable price. I would call Precision again if I ever needed any additional service.
