The service Technician, Marty had opening to repair our garage door earlier than what was scheduled, which was appreciated. He did quick analysis of problem, went over everything with me and confirmed my approval to proceed. Marty was very pleasant, worked very efficiently and answered any questions I had. Very professional and quality work done. Would recommend Precision Overhead Doors to anyone.

Their customer service is unbelievably great. I initially requested for an emergency service because one spring of garage door was broken and, unfortunately, the door could not be opened manually. I thought the repair would not be done until evening. To my surprise, they contacted me in the early afternoon when one of the technicians was available. The technician showed up within one hour and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. Guess what? The surcharge of the emergency service was waived. I will surely recommend my friends to choose Precision for the garage door service.

Would definitely not recommend this Company!! Find a Company 1) that will give a free estimate and not take 54$ for nothing -2) A Manager who knows how to talk to customers who have complaints!

WE like whoever appears to do the required repairs. They explain their efforts beforehand, answer all my ?s and are pleasantly business-minded. With repeat great service, there is no need to select any other than Precision Door. A homeowner would be foolish to go elsewhere.

This was my first time hiring Precision and it was a great experience. I was able to get an appt within 2 days of calling, I was given a time frame, and the technician called me when he was on his way. Once he arrived he was friendly, solved the problem I was having with my door, and explained ways to keep it in good working order. I would hire Precision again. Thank you!

I was very pleased with the professionalism of Drew and your company. Starting with your nice receptionist, to your "track the driver" app, to your on time appointment, to Drew fixing my garage door. Drew explained my options for the repair, told me step by step what he was doing, and completed the repair in a timely manner. It was nice doing business with you and will do so in the future.

I highly recommend Precision Door, giving them a 5 star rating installing my new garage door. Both Ron who did the estimate and Marty who installed the door. Both were prompt and on time as promised, calling ahead to tell me they were on their way. I’m enjoying the new quietness of the new door replacing a 40 + yr original door. I felt their price was reasonable in comparison to my other estimates.

The service for getting a new opener installed was great. Options were clearly laid out for us. Our professional was able to identify a not-so-obvious issue with the door itself as well. He then provided a quick fix on that element to allow us a little time in researching/making a decision on that aspect. I really appreciate that part and the fact he didn't immediately try to sell us on that right away. I would definitely recommend using Precision to anyone and will use them again in the future.
