Precision was the only business willing to address our need the same day. The service tech (Mark) arrived 2hrs earlier than expected and took care of the issue. The temperature was 5 degrees that evening. He was professional and resolved the issue promptly. My wife and I are very pleased with the product and work done but more importantly we felt like they really cared because of the timely response. I received call backs from other companies for the next days but they were too late. My family will do business with precision and refer our friends as well. Thank you!

We had a new garage door opener installed by Mark Sherman and his associate on !/2/2018. He talked with our warranty company to explain that our current unit was not repairable and needed to be replaced. We got the OK to proceed and they promptly completed the job. In sub-zero wind chill weather on a holiday week-end, Jennifer (who answered the phone) assured us Precision could fix the broken chain on our "primary" garage door today. Ron was here in about 2 hours, explained what needed to be done, told us up front what it would cost (honoring the coupon from the website), and was done in about 45 minutes. My spring snapped on my garage door and I was referred to Precision by a friend who used them and said they are great. They were! I called at 8 am and they were at my house at 3!
