I called mid morning and by the afternoon a repair person was at work. Mine was a minor repair but I also had a periodic issue with the sun interfering with the operation of my opener. While I didn't mention that issue on the initial request, when the repair person came I asked if something could be done. Now it's ALL fixed! Excellent customer service!!

Before arriving, the technician, Mark, texted us his photo and a little bit about himself so we would know who to expect (loved this!). My wife hit the garage door that was previously installed by precision. The bottom panel needed replacement. The panel matched door perfectly. The technician actually arrived early. The panel was replaced in a very short amount of time and the door looks perfect.
