The Precision employee arrived slightly ahead of the appointment time after calling to let me know he was on the way. He was knowledgeable and gave us recommendations and estimates on the repair. My appreciation began the minute someone from Precision answered my phone call. We discussed the specifics of my needs, the process of repair/replacement that could occur with the repairman and scheduled a visit. Drew called ahead and arrived as scheduled. We looked at the situation and agreed that the existing door was OK. He outlined the items he would need to replace and we agreed to the price for the job. Without looking at his bio, I can say if Drew is a typical employee, he like the others is the reason for the 97% five star rating. I am a retired carpenter. I have installed many garage doors in my day. Drew did an outstanding job. I did not stand around and bother him as he did his work but as I watched from time to time I knew I was watching a young man with the very highest level of skill and positive attitude about the work he was performing. I give this company my highest recommendation to anyone who needs a repair or replacement.
