So impressed with Precision Door and their work people. Mark arrived earlier then I expected but called first - I was pleased not to have to wait till afternoon. Introduced himself, told me what he would be doing and the cost and made a couple of recommendations but didn't try to sell me anything. He showed me how to keep the springs safe on my door and sprayed all the squeaky and rusty spots. It is better now then when I first moved in 15 yrs. ago. A real gentleman and a pleasure to have around. I won't hesitate to call them again. Very fair price also.

I found Precision on Google and decided to use them due to their weekend availability (no other outfit was willing to install a garage door opener on Sunday). Ron arrived on time, made sure my existing garage door was in good working order, explained to me the process of installing the new opener, and 2 hours later, walked me through its operation. The Precision employee arrived slightly ahead of the appointment time after calling to let me know he was on the way. He was knowledgeable and gave us recommendations and estimates on the repair. Felix was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. My husband explained what the problem was and what kind of opener we were looking for to replace ours with. Felix knew exactly what we were looking for and was able to assuage our concerns. The opener he suggested and ultimately installed was everything we wanted and more for a very reasonable price. My appreciation began the minute someone from Precision answered my phone call. We discussed the specifics of my needs, the process of repair/replacement that could occur with the repairman and scheduled a visit. Drew called ahead and arrived as scheduled. We looked at the situation and agreed that the existing door was OK. He outlined the items he would need to replace and we agreed to the price for the job. Without looking at his bio, I can say if Drew is a typical employee, he like the others is the reason for the 97% five star rating. I am a retired carpenter. I have installed many garage doors in my day. Drew did an outstanding job. I did not stand around and bother him as he did his work but as I watched from time to time I knew I was watching a young man with the very highest level of skill and positive attitude about the work he was performing. I give this company my highest recommendation to anyone who needs a repair or replacement.
