OMG, called at 2 pm, tech was here by 3, job finished by 4. unbelievable service, above and beyond my expectations. I saw the billboard on the way home from work and gave them a call, so glad I did. Ron originally installed our new garage door about 5 years ago. We were very happy with Precision then. July 3rd around 7PM we were sitting in the backyard enjoying the evening when we heard a thud come from the garage. Upon inspection, we found one side of the garage door was off the ground and the other side touching the ground. Unable to make it open, we called the 24 hour emergency line. Our car was stuck in the garage. We were told that someone would be out between 8AM and 10AM on July 4th. At 8:10 Ron arrived, I could literally hear him singing as he walked up to the house. Ron reported that the cables were were rusted and busted and needed to be replaced. The work was done in less than 20 minutes. He stopped to chat and asked for our email, we assumed that he would send us the bill. He stated that he was giving us a holiday discount, and we thought he was joking, expecting to get hit with an extra charge. When the bill arrived it was discounted by 100%!!! Now there's a guy who knows how to take care of his customers!!! Amazed and grateful that we even got service on July 4th and with a "holiday discount" to boot. Ron has earned our loyalty for life.

When Drew, our tech, came out, he had all of the information he needed within 15 minutes. Gave us a quote, went to get the parts, and was done within an hour of his second visit. Just as we were wrapping up our Sunday evening, I went to put the garage door down, went in the house, and we all heard an enormous, scary, CRUNCH: the door had come off the tracks and was hanging precariously. We didn't want to leave it that way all night, and called Precision to see if they could come out. Not only were they there within the hour, but explained what the issues were and helped us to understand that we'd be needing to replace the door within the year--and we could definitely see why. Great service, reasonable price, and friendly!
