I called to have a faulty door opener repaired & service tech suggested I save my money for a new opener. Several months later I received new door, new opener w/key pad. Haven't been trapped in the garage since. Such a great investment; several years later I called to have a new door, new opener and key pad installed at my moms home. Would absolutely recommend your service because you truly wear the name precision well. Thank you!!

The tech showed up 40 minutes early which was excellent and freed up our day. He was quick and efficient in assessing the issue. He didn't fabricate a problem in order to make a sale. He was honest and forthcoming in his assessment and actually saved us money by fixing the door. We will need to replace it eventually due to existing problem but we were spared a large expense for now. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

I called Precision yesterday and Dave MacKay came out a couple hours later; we needed two new garage door openers and new springs on one of the doors (the other door had had a spring replaced a year or so ago). Dave was very knowledgeable, courteous, and did the whole job that same day, finished up in a couple of hours. We were so relieved to have the job done so efficiently and quickly. The price was in keeping with other area technicians, etc. I would highly recommend Precision. Thank you!

My house was built in 1964 and contains a 15 foot by 7 foot wooden door. I doubt it has ever been serviced, I have been here for almost 39 yrs. The tracks were useable but the torsion springs, bearings, and rollers were shot. The door was far from being balanced and it would try to drop even if it was three fourths of the way open. Felix was the technician that came to review and fix the opening problems. Within 2.5 hours the door was working smoothly. It now will hold in place even open as low as one panel (1/4) of the way. I had a garage door spring brake this morning and I was not sure who to call. I saw your ad in the yellow pages and decided to give you a call. That decision turned out to be the best decision I could have made for garage door repairs. When I called and explained the problem the representative said they would have a technician (Dave) out to my house by 3:00 pm. I must say I was very surprised, I thought I would have to wait several days. Dave explained the problem to me, made several recommendations to me for the repair and we decided on the best fix. He had the work completed and was gone before 5:00 pm on the same day I called. I highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

Mark was great. He explained the situation, pointed out more cost effective options (long-term), but also listened and responded to my particular concerns and limited options (short-term). Ultimately he guided me to the best solution for the moment and suggested options for a long-term solution within our local constraints. I saved some money short-term, but more importantly, I'll be back to Precision for the long-term improvement once I have approvals from the Historical district. Awesome service; couldn't ask for anything better.

it was a Sunday morning when the cable on my 24 year old garage door broke. I called Precision and by mid afternoon Mark from Precision had replaced both cables and had my door up and running. Great service all the way around and I would highly recomend them. Will be calling them in the Spring to replace my old door with a new insulated one.

Serviceman showed up early which was no problem; he completed the installation of the new rollers in a timely manner. He also installed a key to use in the event that the garage door power failed. The key and wire disconnects the cable from the motor so that you manually raise the door.
