The tech's had to replace the garage opener/motor as the handheld remote would not work. They were here on time and did what they had to do to and were out in no time. To my satisfaction. They went over the warrenties and the safety features and the proper use of how to use the remote control. did a fine job.

I took advantage of a Groupon Garage Door Tune-up. The tech had the rollers replaced and the system tuned in a very short time. He took the trouble to explain to me what he was doing and why while performing the job. Very proffessional. Very friendly. Very fast. My garage door opener had "lost a screw" and was almost off the ceiling...which would have potentially damaged the garage door and opener. I called several businesses...but yours was the only with 24/7 service available. Mark came out the same day and put longer screws in the ceiling so I'm sure it won't happen again by the size of the screws. He also sprayed the springs and hinges with spray lube. I explained to Mark that normally my husband does these repairs - but he recently passed away and hence,I can be easily overwhelmed by normal "guy stuff". Thanks for your quick and efficient service. Mark was very professional and kind.

Ron was our "Knight in shining armor"! Our garage door spring broke on Friday night (4th of July weekend). No other of the 4 garage door companies could help us before Monday. Both cars were stuck inside the garage. A few of our men folk tried to manually open the door, to no avail. Ron not only opened the door, he also replaced the spring for us, the next day! Ronnie is very personable and professional! That is a perfect combination! Thank you!

The cable had broken on my garage door so it was slightly ajar, crooked and wouldn't open or close. I was able to get service the same day I called. I have an old style door which presented some challenges for the technician, but Mark was friendly, courteous and professional despite having to work in a garage that had to be over 100 degrees that day. I will definitely recommend Precision to my friends and family requiring garage door repair.

Mark called ahead to let me know he was running late. He spent 3-1/2 hours removing our old door and installing our new door. He also took away our old door so we didn't have to deal with disposal. He was very friendly and personable and pointed out some things I needed to know to get the most out of our door. He even replaced the trim around the outside of the door, which was a nice surprise as I wasn't expecting that. If I had to nitpick, my only suggestion would be to instruct your installers to change into clean gloves before installing the plastic window overlay, because otherwise the glass gets smudged with grease from their dirty gloves. That will necessitate my taking off the overlays to clean the glass and then reinstalling the overlays, which isn't a big deal (and would probably be good practice for me anyway), but it would just be one less thing for me to have to deal with.

The technician arrive on time, actually he called ahead and was early! He fully explained the work which needed to be done- replacement of broken spring and end bearings . He was finished in the time he estimated and was very pleasant.

I was in a bad spot. I had just returned from a business trip, and my lawn needed attention immediately. My Garage door had broken when I was gone and would not move. Of course, my mower was inside. Precision came out on a weekend and fixed my door for much less than I expected. The service man was very knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to use them again.
