Precision Garage Door Service has promptly responded to repair each of my garage doors over the past few years. Appointments were made within a few days to complete the repair. I have been appreciative of their service from the time of my calling them through the service provided by the technician. Throughout the process I was kept informed about who my technician would be along with the time to expect a call from him. Ron has serviced both of my garage doors and has explained the issue that needed to be repaired. I have been pleased with the work that he has done. After I needed to have my second garage door repaired, I immediately contacted Precision Garage Door. Their service is exemplary as I highly recommend this company.

Excellent Service! Garage door spring broke on a Friday, they showed up on SUNDAY to repair it. The owner came out himself, explained everything that needed to be fixed and then fixed it very quickly. He also showed us that our cables needed to be replaced. Now when we use our garage door, it’s so much quieter it feels like it’s brand new. Fast, professional, and reasonably priced!

It is difficult to find enough adjectives to describe my experience with yesterday's service call. So let's try this: ECSTATIC !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you want specifics, my original appt. was for 5-7 PM on the following day, but he called the day before announcing that he was nearby and could come right over, AND later I found that he had cancelled the previous appt. FOR ME me so that was one less detail to contribute to the TOTAL trauma of a stuck shut garage door. The repair was totally completed in record time and again, I can't stop gushing with relief and enthusiasm over the whole experience with Precision. Thanks again Ron!

Chose them because the did a repair for me in 2019 on the door spring. The came right out did a great job and did not charge an inflated price. I contacted them to replace my garage and shed doors due to damage from a hail storm in 2024. I was pleased with their cost for work and had them order the material. Work is scheduled in a couple of weeks and I am sure that that it will be good quality.
