One of my ancient garage door springs (65 years old?) finally broke. Mark was prompt and friendly, quickly assessed the situation, and provided me with options and quotes. I needed an adjustment to my garage door. It would either go all the way back up or after my adjustment go part of the way up. I called Precision after checking reviews online. I made the right decision as Mark Sherman responded to my house ahead of schedule. He was very professional and informative. He had it adjusted and lubed the spring and rollers before I could get out of my truck. I would not hesitate to call again.

Called Precision due to spring broken and needed replacement. They sent someone out immediately which is a huge plus for future emergencies. Pricey, but knowledgeable on repairs. He quickly changed out the springs and asked him to change the garage door seal and he did that as well. I recommend them if you need repairs.

He also discussed need to app!y lubrication to hinges to keep them operating efficiently. He applied lubricant to all areas for us.
