Precision was the only business willing to address our need the same day. The service tech (Mark) arrived 2hrs earlier than expected and took care of the issue. The temperature was 5 degrees that evening. He was professional and resolved the issue promptly. He talked with our warranty company to explain that our current unit was not repairable and needed to be replaced. We got the OK to proceed and they promptly completed the job. We had Precision Door Service of Rochester at our home initially for two garage door repairs. And then scheduled another service call for installation of two new garage door openers.
