Hi, my name is Mark. I have 3 great children, two boys and a daughter. When I'm not working, we love fishing, camping, and most sports- hockey, soccer, and golf. My 18yr old son is a Jr. A Hockey player. He plays for WB/Scranton Jr. A Knights. I also really take pride in my job. I look forward to meeting you, and going over your door with you. We continue to be impressed with the outstanding service we receive from Precision. Twice in the past month we have called for service and have been extremely satisfied. This most recent time we needed a new garage door opener and Eric was our technician. He explained the various options available, then quickly and efficiently installed the opener. He then took the time to explain all the new controls and how to operate them, and made sure we were happy with everything before he left. We would be delighted to recommend Precision!

Great job by Mark Sherman today. Mark was very professional and personable. He explained what the problems were, checked over all parts and did not try to sell parts that were not needed. Precision was the only business willing to address our need the same day. The service tech (Mark) arrived 2hrs earlier than expected and took care of the issue. The temperature was 5 degrees that evening. He was professional and resolved the issue promptly. My wife and I are very pleased with the product and work done but more importantly we felt like they really cared because of the timely response. We had a new garage door opener installed by Mark Sherman and his associate on !/2/2018. He talked with our warranty company to explain that our current unit was not repairable and needed to be replaced. We got the OK to proceed and they promptly completed the job. Just finished having Mark install a new garage door opener. Mark was prompt, neat and a pleasure to talk with. Mark completed the job and thoroughly explained the functions of my new opener. He also gave me very helpful tips to keep my garage door operating smoothly and properly. Mark inspected the door and made a number of adjustments to insure I would have trouble-free operation for many years to come. I would recommend Mark to anyone having problems with their garage door.
