Garage door springs and cables broken. Received an appt for repair quickly, the next day. Our technician, Z, was very professional and friendly. Gave us 3 separate estimates to choose from with different prices and choices for repair. We made our choice, and Z fixed our door quickly and efficiently. Price for repairs was reasonable. I bumped into the right side door over 2 years ago with a previous car. The door failed this past January (2025). Nick came out to look and agreed with us that replacement was the best route to take. We built the house in 1996, so the doors were the originals. Nick stated that repairing would be difficult due to the scarcity of the replacement parts. He showed us our options including installing windows. The old doors had none. He helped us pick a color that would go best with the surrounding color. The new doors came in on time (February) and he did get them in despite the bitter cold conditions. He also fortified the door openers to help extend their life until we could get those replaced. He suggested replacing those in about 6 months. He was a professional the whole way through. Sean came out in August to look at our 29 year old garage door openers because we wanted to replace them too. Same reason as for the doors, scarcity of parts. He also went through all of the options with us. His installation of the openers was as professional as Nick's was with the doors. We asked both Nick and Sean to save the scrap metal and motors for us so that we could turn them in for scrap. Nick even cut up the long door channels so that they would fit in our car. It was certainly a good experience working with both Nick and Sean. We will definitely recommend Precision Garage Door.

Satko came (and finished!) during the promised window. I got a text announcing he was on his way (very helpful). He listened to my description of the problem and had solved it within 10 minutes. He charged the service fee alone and everything works great now. I had spent no less than 6 hours on two separate days over the last month trying to figure out the problem... definitely should have gotten help earlier!

Sean did a wonderful job . My door is from 1980 , wood and double car size he not only fixed the broken cable but saw the sides on the bottom needed reinforcing and the bottom rail needed help too. Referral from my brother. He was very happy with the service, installation and quality of the door. I am following my brother's advice which is purchasing the highest quality door. Ron Kull, the owner, was very responsive, provided the options for a garage door, gave me a quote and I ordered. All of this happened within 30 minutes. He also fixed an issue I was having with my current garage door "eye" which was unrelated to the purchase of the new door. I will have my new door installed within the month.

Ron showed up on time and was very informative. I thought I needed a new motor and it turned out that it was some adjustments and greasing on the my old garage door that was needed. He was able to get a little more time out of my old door. He’s given me an estimate on a new one when my garage door finally won’t open. I’ll probably go with his company he was very fair on the price of the repair he did,and was very nice about explaining everything.

On 8Aug I had your company come to my home for a malfunctioning garage door opener. Phil Mormon, the tech, called to let me know approx. arrival time. He was prompt and very friendly. I have to admit he did seem perplexed at first, but he was very persistent and narrowed down the problem( at times it was kind of funny) . He was very business like however. He explained a few options to correct the problem and then corrected said problem. If this is an example of your work force, I would have no qualms of dealing with Precision Garage Doors in the future.
