After being told we could not safely install a second garage door opener by one company, the Precision Door Service tech said, No problem. We didn’t have a door opener purchased (as per the first company), but No problem, the Precision guy did. In about an hour, he had everything installed and the (very old, very heavy solid wood) was door going up and down. Our installer was wonderful and was working with an apprentice, who said he felt lucky to be working with the installer and the company. Perfectly satisfied!

Decision made, he immediately started work, estimated about 2 hrs, finished in about 90 min, replaced several elements of springs/rollers/rail sections. New opener installed. good walk thru of everything he did, reviewed all the functions and features of new opener. Very clean, attentive to details. Very satisfied.
