We found them in the yellow pages once before and were extremely happy. We wanted to use the same company this time but couldn't remember who it was. I've had Precision do a number of things for our garage door: routine maintenance (twice) and a new opener. This time it was to replace the main spring which had broken on a Saturday afternoon. Mark Sherman was able to come out that evening. He quickly assessed the needs, gave me options (without pressure) and accomplished the work professionally (but with a warm, personal manner). I thought the cost reasonable and the quality of workmanship high. I enthusiastically recommend both Precision and Technician Mark Sherman!!

Dear Precision, The Technician (Mark) was great. First he had "called" to say he was at a job site that was running bit longer than expected(which was fine since I was home for the remainder of the day anyway). Secondly, I had lost my voice with Laryngitis & Mark was able to talk to my husband on the phone & explain the door situation. And lastly he had given me great information to maybe replacing the door opener and how to keep the tracks from becoming flat & showed me how to tighten the bolts on the door. He was quick and very, very nice to have as a service Technician.

Mark stopped out for a potential repair, and after a thorough discussion we decided to replace both garage doors - which were 22 years old. Mark was very knowledgeable about the product, and no pressure at all. The day of the installation went very well, and with a challenge on one door regarding the alignment of a already installed garage door opener....no issues at all. Mark tackled the challenge and all is well. Cleanup after the installation exceeded expectations. We are very pleased, and would recommend Precision and Mark...
