I had a spring on the garage door brake on Friday and Precision was willing to make the repair on Sunday to mitigate the inconvenience of the door not working properly. Ron called before coming to make sure I was ready for the repair, very considerate. Ron explained all the options available from just repairing the spring to replacing the entire door. Ron did not pressure me in any way to purchase anything I did not feel I needed. The repair was made quickly and professionally. The cost was fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend Precision for any of your garage door needs.

We had used Precision Garage door service a few years ago and were very satisfied with their service. Therefore when we had problem with garage door this time I immediately called Precision. The technician arrived right on appointed time. He immediately noticed the broken spring. Did 25 point Safety check. Replaced the spring, worn out bearings. Completed the job with in an hour. Now the door works as good as new.

my friends in Newark gave me the name of this firm. prompt, pleasant and great technician. Mr. Arena came when promised, spent lots of time explaining to me what our problem was, gave suggestions as to how to maintain the work he did. He probably could have told me I needed a new door and new opener, but was very honest and rebuilt the hardware and related items on my existing wooden door. he also simply adjusted the existing opener. I was impressed with that. neat worker and again, impressed with his not selling me anything more than I needed!

Felix was very friendly on the phone and on the job. The spring on my garage door had broken....Felix came at 7:00 on Sat. night and I was very greatful .....I was able to get my car out of the garage and get to church Sun. am. Garage door opener had partially fallen from the ceiling, leaving it hanging and all wiring pulled out. The house is for sale and a showing was scheduled. I called and they fit in a repair in a hurry. Mark was friendly, but got down to business quickly and had the job done in about 1 hour. The office personnel were friendly and I am thankful to them as well for being able to make this happen. They arranged for Mark to call in advance so I knew when he was on his way.

I had a new door installed in my barn to replace a 22 year old door. The work was done professionally and in a timely fashion. A few months later, my house garage door was malfunctioning on the automatic opener which was 12 years old. I contacted Precision because I was so satisfied with the new door installation in my barn. The same technician (Mark) performed both services. I happened to be home the day of the replacement of my house door opener replacement. Not only was Mark totally professional, but we had a great conversation while he was doing his job. If I was bothering him while he worked,he never once expressed a displeasure. I truly believe that the two hours we spent together was a mutual respect between us. Mark came across as a real people person and commentated more than once how much he enjoys what he does and that's what makes a huge difference to me(the customer)and the difference between collecting a paycheck and practicing your profession. Late on a Friday evening,the cable on my garage door broke after arriving home. The door was crooked, and would not move up or down. Thus my car was "stuck" in the garage. I could not recommend Precision and specifically, Josh Arena, enough! Mr. Arena is friendly, extremely knowledgable and thorough. He made sure to explain in detail what needed to be done, why, and the timeframe needed to accomplish it. His work was superb and he was patient with my elderly grandparents during the entire process..matter of fact, he even went above and beyond his duties by coming out to address a minor subsequent issue that originated on our end (not due to his service) Great job!
