I called Precision for garage door repair. They were able to send a technician (Sean S.) out the following day, which was great. The technician was very timely. He called me to let me know he was on his way. Sean was very professional and knowledgeable. He was helpful and took the time to explain everything to me; what the problem was and the recommended repair (broken Torquemaster system. Recommended torsion overhaul). He went over each item in the estimate. He completed the work and the door operates so smoothly. I highly recommend Precision. Great experience. Great customer service.

Called at 11:30 this morning (Sunday) for a repair and Ron was here at 1:30. He made the repair then inspected whole door and lubricated it. Very professional. Finished by 2:00. The repair cost was very reasonable. An excellent experience.. same as when the door was purchased from and installed by Precision.

Technician was extremely professional and very courteous. Have no complaints with personnel. Cost of the repair was very pricey. About a year ago I had previous door a spring and cables replaced also. And it was about half the price. I was pressed for time so I had no choice.

I was pleasantly surprised to get a call Saturday morning and they shared that it could be done earlier. Ron showed up on time and repaired the door quickly and efficiently and it is working great! Technician Sadmir did a great job. I asked him if I could watch him as works and he was okay with that. He replaced 2 coil springs and all the rollers on the door. What a difference that made. It runs smooth and quieter. Like a new door. I asked a lot of questions on the upkeep of the door. I liked his answers, and I learned a lot. I would recommend Precision door service to others.
