I contacted Precision Overhead Garage Door Service because one of the two springs broke on the garage door, trapping my car inside! I desperately needed my car because of numerous doctor appointments that I did not want to cancel and reschedule. Your repair person came promptly the same day, replaced the springs, made some minor adjustments, and released my car from its dungeon! Thankfully I was able to keep my doctor appointments as originally scheduled. A big THANK YOU to Precision Overhead Garage Door Service for coming to my rescue so quickly. Your technician was very courteous, polite, neat, and efficient. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to repair or install your garage door.

Had garage doors installed today by SadMir Hamzic. He did a great job. Job was difficult but he was hard working, diligent, courteous and professional Also took time to explain the maintenance and workings of the doors and openers. And also was on time! An asset to Precision! Our experience with this company was excellent from the initial sales meeting with Ron Kull to the install. And we’re happy with our new doors!

Highly recommend! 24/7 service. I called at 8am on a Friday and my service was completed by 10:30am. Owner Ron was friendly, kind, and professional. No sales pitch at all. Great work at a fair price. Very efficient process. Information, scheduling, estimate, work done all triple-documented via phone, text, and email. I work in customer service myself and I absolutely would / will call again. I am very pleased with Precision Door Services. When I called I was told someone would call me between eight and 10 in the morning. I assumed it would be closer to 10. Zikret Osmic called me shortly after eight to tell me he was 17 minutes away. I was pleased that he showed up within 17 minutes. He was very professional and knowledgeable told me what I needed. He then replaced my two cables in short time. I would definitely recommend precision door services to friends and colleagues.

Ron provides excellent service as usual. Comes BEFORE the scheduled time (if convenient of course to you) and obviously fixes the issue quickly. Charges...let us just say...much more than reasonable..especially in these inflationary times
