On Tuesday, April 3, Dave from Precision, made a service call to repair a troublesome door opener. He arrived on time, made the repair and even lubed our door. Perfect!!! Couldn't ask for better service!!!!

I am in LOVE! I purchased an AMARR door and Lift master belt drive opener. The service was exemplary from start to finish. Ron came out to look at the project and answered all questions at that time. Mary was always available to answer any further questions I had. Although the site has pictures of door installations, she sent me others that helped with my personal choice of a door. Felix came out to install the new door and opener. He was friendly, reliable, and professional. He took time in putting the door together and considered my opinion in positioning of the "extras". When it came time to put the opener up, he had a little unexpected snafoo in relationship to positioning and the windows. No worries, he was able to make adjustments and all I can say is "Bravo Felix" for a fantastic job!!

Called Precision due to spring broken and needed replacement. They sent someone out immediately which is a huge plus for future emergencies. Pricey, but knowledgeable on repairs. He quickly changed out the springs and asked him to change the garage door seal and he did that as well. I recommend them if you need repairs.

I highly recommend Precision for their professional service. My garage door opener failed. My nephew told me to make one call and that was to Precision, the company that he used for service at his new home in 2017. The service technician, Eric, called in advance, even though I was his first customer of the day. Eric listened as I described the issue of the garage door opener fail and as I have detached garage with no other entry point than the door with no key access, Eric was able to lift the door enough to gain entry to the garage. He assessed the issue, gave me options for replacing the 27 year old opener and completed the work within 1.5 hours. In addition, Eric provided me with an added solution by installing a Key Release, which allows manual access as an override to use when the power is out. In addition, Customer Service - excellent. The Customer Service Rep was able to accommodate my schedule when making the appointment.

OUR TECHNICIAN CALLED AHEAD AND GAVE US HIS ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL AND HE WAS RIGHT ON TIME! HE EXPLAINED WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE DOOR, TOLD US HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST AND GOT RIGHT TO WORK. HE WAS FINISHED AND DOING PAPERWORK IN 15 MINUTES. GREAT jOB!!

I would highly recommend Precision Door Service. My service call was scheduled promptly, the technicians were friendly and easy to understand, they were honest in their recommendations, and they did a great job at a reasonable price. After they repaired my garage door opener, they even dusted and shined it up and replaced the light bulb for free!
