What great service! Ron came and told me what I needed and what I didn't need. Offered me a quote on the spot. The tech, Dave who came to do the work was thorough, neat and provided all the information needed to operate my system. I will definitely use Precision for any future needs with my garage door.

We called Precision primarily because of its 5-Star rating, but also it’s location. Our technician,Marty, was personable, efficient, made sure the job was done correctly and really seemed to take pride in his work! Big bonus is that the cost to repair our garage door was no where near what we expected it to be. I would highly recommend Precision!

The best! I didn't think my garage door was fixable, but Mark came out, took one look at the problem, and went to work. The door has never worked so well. Can't say enough about how great this service was. I look forward to working with Mark and Precision again.

Dave explained what repairs needed to be done, completed them in a timely manner, and showed me the damage on the parts that he replaced. In addition to replacing the broken spring, which was the reason for the service call, he replaced the corroded cables and the rollers which were making noises. Dave was courteous and a great representative for your organization.

A great experience with Precision! Had called other garage door companies and we not impressed with their customer service/salesmen (felt like we were a bother). Ron came out and gave us our options for two new garage doors...reasonable price ($675 a piece vs other quotes of up to $975 for the same door installed). Ron was terrific! Doors were ordered and installed with no problems. Installer was on time, got the job done with no problems and the doors look and work great!

Absolutely outstanding speed of service and exceptionally professional service technician. I called with a broken main spring and both cars locked in the garage at around 1:30 PM, by 6PM repairs were complete and life returned to normal. I highly recommend them for any repairs or other garage door work..

After calling with what I thought was an instillation issue, the tech came to my house and fixed my door. He was polite and showed me the bracket that was used was in fact correct. Even though I gave him a bunch of grief (and I was wrong) he did a great job of fixing my door, was courteous and friendly, and I appreciated the service. Turns out he was a N.Y. Giants fan, as am I. We will continue to use your company

The garage door spring broke and we needed it repaired quickly. Ron was out within two hours and repaired it in less than an hour. This was our second time having Precision for a repair and our experience was similar - very prompt, very clear and thorough in explaining what needed to be done, and then an efficient and effective repair at a fair price. Precision came this past week and installed our new door. They did an absolutely fantastic job. Good work, good communication, good customer service, competitively priced. Mary was great over the phone and always quick to respond back. Our tech Drew was very outgoing and communicated well while he worked. We are very happy we chose Precision and highly recommend them.
