I was able to get in touch with someone"live" right away on the weekend. It was a call-center, but they forwarded my message right away. Other companies just had an answering "machine". That was huge to me. We paid more for emergency service, but it was well worth it and we were happy with the follow through. Our tech was great, knowledgeable and got the job done quickly. We really like to communication process when kept us informed that our request was received and service schedule. Then we got another call to let us know exactly when our tech would be there. We will definitely go with Precision for any future garage door needs.

When the spring to my garage door broke on a Thursday morning, I called the two places I knew to schedule a repair. One could come Friday afternoon and one on Monday. My car was in the garage and I could not open the door. Being without my car until then was not an option I looked online for another company and found Precision Garage Door. Their add said "same day repair" so I called them. They scheduled an appointment for between noon and two on Thursday! Dave MacKay arrived at 10:30 and offered to come back later if being early was inconvenient. Are you kidding? I was thrilled. He checked out the door, explained what was needed and fixed it right away. He had the parts in his van. I even got to use the online coupons! I would call Precision again and recommend them to others.

Felix called before he came at the appointed time. He worked quickly and showed me the broken part (the thing the chain goes around) and replaced same. He also did some routine maintenance for me. I am pleased with the quick response of Precision and will certainly call them again if there's a need.I would give Precision a 5 and Felix a five as well.

Garage spring broke on our door and I called Precision. was given an appointment the very next day. The technician called prior to the specified time to let me know that he would be there within a 1/2 hour. Mark, the technician, was very knowledgeable and explained what had to be done. He offered a couple of options and explained each in detail, with no pressure sales tactic. He completed the job in a timely fashion and cleaned the area. Very satisfied with the process from appointment to having the door fixed. All companies should be this good..

We never used Precision before, but would use them again after today's visit. Our service tech. was Drew and we couldn't be more pleased with the service. He was went out of his way to explain what he was going to do and after completing the job, explained how to maintain our door for the longest life. Precision was recommended to me by my parents who were very satisfied with the service they had recently experienced with Precision to fix a broken spring. We needed the overhaul package where they replaced the springs, cables, pullies, etc. Felix was very knowledgeable and friendly and completed the work in a very reasonable amount of time. I especially liked receiving an email prior to the service date with pictures and names of the technicians so I was familiar with who might be showing up at my door. I would call them again if I ever need their services, but hopefully that won't be necessary for a long while now. I would highly recommend them.

During the recent ice and snowstorm I was desperate for help with our broken garage door. All three exits to our house were blocked and we could not get out. I spent the entire day Sunday on the phone trying to get help with no luck until I reached Precision. There were some firms that were trying to earn quick cash during this tragedy, another that filled the phone book with ads but was out of town but Precision came to our rescue. Thank you for your honesty and good work! I give them 5 stars.

I can't say enough about your company. Our new garage door with windows is beautiful. The installer did such a nice job, cleaned up everything after himself. We didn't have to do anything after he left, except admire his work. I have to give him credit, he installed our door in below zero conditions. He insisted on doing it regardless of the weather. So glad I called Precision. During this cold February, by garage door opener wouldn't open. I called, and that day Mark was there. Luckily it was a simple repair and was taken care of quickly. Mark was very courteous and nice to chat with for a bit. I will definitely call this summer to get a tune -up done.
