I purchased a new garage door 5 years ago that has become a welcome addition on my home. I just recently had a liftmaster opener replace one I had for a number of years. Both were installed quickly & professionally. The new Liftmaster performs more smoothly and quieter than the old one. I've been quite satisfied w/ their quality.

We were very happy with the service performed by your technician, Mark Sherman. He was courteous and explained everything in a straight forward manor. He showed us what the problem was and that besides the cable we knew was broken, both of the brackets that hold the cable's were clearly on the verge of failure. We had no suspicion that he was trying to sell us parts we didn't need. He also informed us of the age of the door and opener and told us when they might expect to need replacing. We were very satisfied with the service and would not hesitate to call Precision for any future garage door repairs.

My car was stuck in the garage with a broken spring on the 17ft wood garage door. Call Precision (at random from their Phone book ad) around 10:30 AM and told them I had to be to work at 3:00 in the afternoon. The service tech. arrived in plenty of time to replace both springs and get me on my way in time. The door is over 40years old and will be calling Precision to put a new door in, in the Fall.

Ron came out a very short time after I called. He was extremely cordial and knowledgeable. It was clear that he was very interested in doing a great job and making sure I was a satisfied customer. He provided repair options and clearly outlined the cost of each. He had all of the parts necessary to do the job on the spot. He even reprogrammed the system in our 2 vehicles so that they could open the door. I would recommend him to anyone and have! A true professional!

My door broke on a Sunday (of course) the service representative was very courteous & honest with me regarding the status of my garage door. Also made sure I was able to get my car out of the garage so I had no issues. A pleasure to work with
