Ron was awesome. He called to see if I would be available earlier because he was ahead of schedule. We were back in business within 90 minutes of his arrival. Great customer service, from the initial call, to the install was done. Definitely glad I chose Precision Door for our repair.

They are very professional - from giving the original estimate, to scheduling the installation,to the actual installing or repairing the garage door. Thanks! My garage door stopped working the day before I was to go out of town and Precision was at my house the next morning.Had my door fixed in plenty of time for me to get to the airport.The service person was so nice and I will never use anyone else. Precision was not the first company I called ,no one else could come for over a week! Precision in now the first company I will call

I called 6yrs ago for a broken spring. Loved the service and the work. (you guys put a sticker under my opener in the garage). I kept it there and used you for a door tuneup. I will also call if I need anything else. Thanks.

Mark came within 2 hours of our emergency call when our door broke. It was 9:30 pm. He replaced the broken spring and gor our damaged door working so we could keep our early morning schedule without trouble.

I had planned on calling Sears because the garage had a VERY old Craftsman operating system when I bought my house. It was noisy, unreliable, and "on its way out". A family friend/contractor referred me to Precision. The service was timely and affordable. I've only had the new operating system for less than a week, but so far I'm quite happy with it! Felix, my technician, answered all my questions and was easy to work with. He did not leave until I fully understood the installation, method of use, and reviewed all terms of my bill and warranty. I'm very happy I called Precision and will recommend your company to others.
