From first call, to the finished job, everyone at Precision Door was courteous and professional. Our technician was in and out in less than 30 minutes. He knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. He even went above and beyond by lubing the rollers. The door works like new again. I highly recommend Ron Kull and his team.

This was the easiest service experience I have ever had. I called the office and they set me up with a Saturday appointment because of my work schedule. Ron came out and was super friendly. He assessed the situation and explained my various options without pushing me in any particular direction. He installed a nee garage door opener on the spot. Before leaving he took the time to teach me about my opener and make sure I had a solid understanding of everything.

Ron was upfront about the possibility of my garage not being able to be repaired because of the age of the door, but he figured it out and got it done with “Precision “ lol! Service is always very prompt. The staff is courteous. The work is extremely well done and the service staff let's you know what has to be done to the equipment and the cost before starting the work. The garage area where the work is done has always been cleaned after the service has been completed.

I used Precision before & was very happy with their service so it was only natural to call them again. Ron was prompt, very professional, courteous & helpful when I asked questions. My garage door opener had to be replaced & Ron did an excellent job taking care of everything that had to be done including explaining everything about the new opener & having me test everything to make sure the remotes, key pad & wall pad worked ok. Ron called to say he would be arriving earlier than expected which was great. He assessed my garage door and door opener situation, and gave me options to fixing/replacing them. He was very professional in all the steps that followed: repairing my older door and replacing the opener with a much updated model. He gave me the approximate time of completing all of the work and was well within those limits. I am so pleased with my finished products (door and opener). The door opens so quietly compared to my older one. I am extremely happy with Ron and Precision Door. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone and also will call them with any similar issues in the future.

My springs broke on the 4th of July so I needed emergency service to get my car out the next day. Ron came the same day I called for service. He was very friendly and professional in explaining what needed to be done. He replaced the two springs and checked to make sure the garage door was working. Ron was direct, and very helpful. Our Genie is 20+ years old and may not last much longer. He unplugged the unit, plugged it back in and it appear to work again (perhaps not for long). But there was no charge, as he said “I didn’t do anything.” That alone was refreshing! He did lubricate the rail, and said he hoped it lasted, but is sending me a quote for a replacement should the time come soon.
