Ron and his team at Precision Door are quick to respond, fairly priced and all round a great company. As a real estate agent I appreciate contractors that work hard for their customers. I highly recommend their services and have to many friends, family and clients. After a major storm came through our area we had a slight issue with the new opener they installed. Came out within 24 hours of our call and addressed the issue, which ended being a simple solution, no fault of the device or their install.

I’ve used this service before ( 2013) and found them to be efficient, professional and and personable. When a spring broke on my garage door this week, I naturally called Precision once more! The appointment process was smooth and the operator was pleasant to talk to even when I had to change my appointment date. ( I forgot I had a prior commitment). Ron arrived at stated time and was cheerful, professional, helpful and repaired the door in under 30 minutes. My garage was filled with detritus from on going renovation/ tossing out predicament , but Ron cheerfully moved things about in order to access the problem. At completion, he offered to help me replace the items back to the garage - which I though was wonderful ( but not necessary). Cheerful, friendly, professional and efficient. Great service. Precision Door Service repaired our garage door this morning. Ron was prompt, courteous, and professional. He used quality replacement parts and even made an extra trip back to the shop to replace the rubber strip on the bottom of the door. This really completed the job properly. We are very pleased with his work and would recommend him without reservation.
