Our technician Felix called to say when he would arrive and he was right on time. I’ve had Precision Door do other garage door work in the past. They are fast, reliable and reasonable. Felix replaced my door springs today, giving me a quote before work was started. After another service provider fixed? a broken spring and left the door working but unbalanced and nearly destroyed the opener, I called Precision Door. They arrived on schedule, corrected the door balance, cleaned up opener wiring mangled by the other provider, lubricated the bearings and charged a VERY reasonable fee. If I only had called Precision Door first!!! I am very pleased with this service.

Their customer service is unbelievably great. I initially requested for an emergency service because one spring of garage door was broken and, unfortunately, the door could not be opened manually. I thought the repair would not be done until evening. To my surprise, they contacted me in the early afternoon when one of the technicians was available. The technician showed up within one hour and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. Guess what? The surcharge of the emergency service was waived. I will surely recommend my friends to choose Precision for the garage door service.

I called mid morning and by the afternoon a repair person was at work. Mine was a minor repair but I also had a periodic issue with the sun interfering with the operation of my opener. While I didn't mention that issue on the initial request, when the repair person came I asked if something could be done. Now it's ALL fixed! Excellent customer service!!

Called to have my garage door fixed and they got the job done in less then 24 hours. The service was fantastic from setting up the appointment to the service technician. Felix, the technician, was probably one the best technicians I’ve dealt with. Very professional and he above and beyond. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone.
