We have had our garage door repaired a few times with Precision. We have always gotten an appointment when we needed it. The repairmen have been professional and explained the repairs to us. We would highly reccomend Precision.

Their customer service is unbelievably great. I initially requested for an emergency service because one spring of garage door was broken and, unfortunately, the door could not be opened manually. I thought the repair would not be done until evening. To my surprise, they contacted me in the early afternoon when one of the technicians was available. The technician showed up within one hour and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. Guess what? The surcharge of the emergency service was waived. I will surely recommend my friends to choose Precision for the garage door service.

I called mid morning and by the afternoon a repair person was at work. Mine was a minor repair but I also had a periodic issue with the sun interfering with the operation of my opener. While I didn't mention that issue on the initial request, when the repair person came I asked if something could be done. Now it's ALL fixed! Excellent customer service!!

My neighbor suggested Precision, as he has had a good experience with the owner and company. I received quotes from other door companies, but Ron the owner, gave me not only a great price, but also made me feel like I am more than just a customer. Felix did the installation. He is professional as well as easy going. I had a few questions after the door was put in, and Felix came to my house and answered them all to my satisfaction. Precision installed both openers so they were the logical ones to call for repair. Serviceman was polite, friendly and thorough and told me that it could be the board that needed replacement but he would reprogram the remotes first to see if that was the case before going to a more expensive solution. That made sense to me. irate service a 5 star

Second time (at least) we have used them. Labor rate is very fair, parts prices ok. Both technicians very personable and helpful. On line and phone conversations were great, they did exactly what they said they would, can't ask for more than that.

I simply cannot believe the service that was provided - especially for the cost. Felix was incredible. I have a historic home with historic garage doors (solid wood, leaded glass, etc.). One of the doors was not opening right. Felix worked, adjusted, and toiled with that door for literally FIVE HOURS+ until it opened and closed correctly. He was DETERMINED to make it perfect. I could not believe how hard he worked or how committed he was to the job. Truly EXCELLENT in every way. On top of that, he did not charge me anything extra for the many unplanned hours! He even had to make a second day visit. He started the second day with "OK, I have been thinking about this all night and I have a plan..." Exceptional service. I am a customer for life - particularly of Felix's! Wow. I am now looking for any other improvements I can make to the doors - just to get Felix back again.

I was extremely pleased with the service that I received today. I was able to get a very quick appointment despite being almost an hour away from Rochester. The technician that came out to our business was very friendly and professional and he immediately diagnosed the problem. Obviously, he was knowledgeable. Our door was fixed in 30 minutes. Also, he took the time to explain to me what he needed to do, why he needed to do it, and he clearly outlined all costs that would be involved before performing the service. After another service provider fixed? a broken spring and left the door working but unbalanced and nearly destroyed the opener, I called Precision Door. They arrived on schedule, corrected the door balance, cleaned up opener wiring mangled by the other provider, lubricated the bearings and charged a VERY reasonable fee. If I only had called Precision Door first!!! I am very pleased with this service.
