Technician arrived to install a garage door opener that I had purchased. The tech showed up without a ladder tall enough to perform the work and then informed me that since the box was open (it was torn) that he couldn’t install it. He insisted that we return it and get a new unit.

We have used your services in the past and our son, who has recently used your services, also recommended you. Jon Vargas, our technician, came during the appointed time, texted me he was on his way, saw the problem immediately and resolved it. I had disengaged the door and was unable to reengage it.
