When the spring to my garage door broke on a Thursday morning, I called the two places I knew to schedule a repair. One could come Friday afternoon and one on Monday. My car was in the garage and I could not open the door. Being without my car until then was not an option I looked online for another company and found Precision Garage Door. Their add said "same day repair" so I called them. They scheduled an appointment for between noon and two on Thursday! Dave MacKay arrived at 10:30 and offered to come back later if being early was inconvenient. Are you kidding? I was thrilled. He checked out the door, explained what was needed and fixed it right away. He had the parts in his van. I even got to use the online coupons! I would call Precision again and recommend them to others.

Torsion spring broke at 7:30pm on a cold, snowy Saturday night and we were scheduled to head out of town on vacation the next day. I called and the operator said they could send someone between 10:00 pm & Midnight. Felix arrived shortly after 10:00 pm and the door was fixed before 11:00 pm. I appreciated the appointment confirmation e-mail that included the name of the technician who would be coming, with a link to his bio, including picture and testimonials from other customers about his work for them.

Called on a holiday, I was surprised to talk to a person, very nice woman. Technician was out in two days, my wife said that he was polite and explained the problem and took care of it. Great service all around and I will use them again and I will tell my friends about them.

We are very pleased with our new garage door opener, it is super quiet. Our installer Josh was very knowledgable and made the installation look so easy. He was also very nice and I give him alot of credit for working in the cold conditions, the day we had our opener installed it was freezing out. Thank you Josh for a GREAT job.

I found Precision Garage Door Service website. I was so impressed by your endorsements, I sent an immediate email. I received a call 15 minutes later. Prior to moving forward with the installation, a good friend mentioned that she was very happy with the garage door and opener you installed for them. I highly recommend the Precision (Marantec)belt-drive opener--it is smoooooooth! Everything about my experience with your company was 5 star. From my first contact with your company to Mark Sherman's expertise in installing the garage door opener. He patiently explained to me the operation of the system. During the time he was with me, he was cheerful, polite and very knowledgeable. Thank you Mark for allowing me to observe the installation process. I learned a lot from observing. If anything goes wrong, I'll have a better idea how it was put together and what to say when calling you for service. After waiting 3 weeks for installation of an opener from an unreliable company (which I cancelled), I had a new Precision opener from you in 2 1/2 days - Sent an email on Wednesday evening - installation was on Saturday. Special thanks to Mary and Jen for all the questions they answered for me prior to and after my installation. They are top-notch office staff. Old-fashioned customer service rarely exists anymore, but it does at Precision... I will recommend your company in a heartbeat.
