Sean did a great job in explaining the options for the garage door opener replacement, and he efficiently and professionally completed the removal of old opener and installation of the replacement. He then explained the use of the features of the new opener, the control fobs and the keypad.

Sean replaced the cables on my garage door today and did an excellent job. He was quick, thorough, friendly, and completed the job for the price he quoted. The keypad would not work and technician replaced the battery which I had no idea it took one. He then proceeded to do a safety check and lubricate the track bearings. At no time did he reference my stupidity of the situation but was professional the entire time he spent here.

Sean did a great job getting my garage door working properly. Because of the systems age, we may need to replace it. He was very professional and left me with confidence in the company and its ability to properly serve us and keep us going. I was given a quotation if I have a failure of the system in the future and need to replace it. I saw Precision Garage Ad on line, which included references and tried the phone number. The lady who answered the phone was very courteous and did a good job explaining the company and what it does, helpful on pricing, and got me scheduled for service. Sean, the service technician called and asked if coming early would work, he arrived and did a great job getting the door to work and what to look for in the future. Excellent service and prompt response. Time was provided to give me advice and quotes on purchasing a new door and system with two remote controls. This is the third time that I have used this vendor and they have been great every time. You will not be displeased!
