Our not so old door would not open...we gave the installer a call and they could not come out for 36 hours. We called Precision and they committed to same day and actually came within 2 hours as they finished some other work faster than expected. Professionally done, very timely, good price...definitely will call again.

Great service, fair price. I found Ronnie to be easy to talk with and he was very fair about the service. I liked the fact that he provided me with several options to choose from. The other door services companies I had worked with only wanted to sell me a door. Ronnie saved me several hundreds of dollars. Because he was so good i decided to have him rebuild both my garage doors. I would use him again and again, and will recommend him to any of my friends who are in need of garage door services. I was very happy w/ the service and the timely matter they took care of me.. Ron was very professional as well as easy to talk to.. When I spoke w/ his sister on the phone, again very professional but also very nice.. I would highly recommend them. In fact my son and his wife will be calling them very shortly...The door is absolutely wonderful.. Ron was very honest w/ me when he gave me the estimate.. other cos. didnt talk to me about just repairing the motor wic saved me money in the end... Jackie Rackmyer

Ron, I was initially disappointed that I had agreed to let you install the wrong door (a different one came in than I ordered), but decided it was not worth waiting another 4-6 weeks...and now I am happy with the new door. You were honest about what might have happened (that it may have been your company's fault and not the manufacturer) and I respect you for that. You're great to deal with, and did a great job installing it. I will call you if I ever back through the door again!

With one car locked out the garage and one locked in due to a broken garage door, Ronnie was like a knight in a van (rather than on a white horse) he explained the problem, told me what to do to better maintain the cables and life returned to normal quickly. I recommend his work and his integrity.

I contacted Precision because I was impressed with their web site and the testimonials from real customers. I was not disappointed. The technician showed up right on time and explained to me and showed me what was wrong with the door. He gave me two options to fix it - a basic get 'er done option and an option that cost a little more, but would keep the door operating for years to come. (They were very up front about costs from the time I called on the phone for an appointment.) Within less than an hour, my door was fixed and works better than ever. I would highly recommend them.

I liked the way Ron explained what needed to be done. I did have to have him come back because the limit switch popped out and the door did not work correctly. The only suggestion I would have would be to expedite an appointment in that situation. I would use the service again.
