Ron was very professional and personable. We were not able to find a permanent fix, however he was able to find a work around for the time being. I have used Precision several times in the past and each technician that has come out has been extremely professional and knowledgeable. They have done a tune-up, replaced springs, and fixed an issue with my opener in the past. Ron, the owner, resolved my problem today in a short amount of time, clearly explaining and demonstrating what I could do if the problem arises again. They are my go-to company for garage door and garage door opener repair/ installation.

Ron came out to give me an estimate on a new garage door. He arrived promptly and also let me know when he was on his way. He gave me the estimate and then went to work adjusting the door so I would be able to close it. When I offered to pay him for work done he said it was his good deed for the day. Since Ron is the owner of Precision I think this experience speaks a lot for his company.
