Awesome job. The Technician (Felix) came over and in a short amount of time was ale to adjust our new garage door opener. I thought that i would need a new system or major adjustment but it was the new opener that was not set properly. He was very helpful and a pleasure to talk to. I had purchased garage door openers in East Rochester, so when I had trouble with my garage door I automatically called Precision. I had the pleasure of meeting Felix who was very pleasant and explained everything. Everything went well for a few days and then there was a bumping noise when the door opened. Within hours of my call Felix returned and fixed the cable and explained the problem. Problem solved!

On a cold rainy evening I panicked when my garage door would not close. Last year my neighbor recommended "Precision." I called at 5pm. Felix was here at 6.40pm(he called en route.) Purchased a garage door tune up through Angie's List. As one of Angie's Lists top rated businesses, in combination with the price for the service, I couldn't resist the deal. I was pleasantly surprised that the appointment was made very quickly, the technician called before he started out, and the service was performed without a hitch. The technician was courteous, friendly and professional. The job he did was excellent and we no longer have a squeaky, noisy garage door. I would call this company for any future trouble with our garage door.

We were supposed to go out Saturday night but our garage door was good and stuck. The real problem was that I had a plane to catch the next morning and both cars were in the garage. I called at approximately 5:30, and the person who answered said that someone would come between 9:00 and 11:00. Felix arrived at 8:30. He was friendly and courteous, and went right to work. He explained what he was doing in a clear way, and offered reassurance about the repair. He represents your company very well and we were glad to have our door running better than before within a couple of hours.

Garage Door torsion spring broke on Friday at 5pm. Felix was out at 8AM the next morning! Felix wasn't happy after installing the new spring. It seemed to work to me and he could have left it but went the extra step and installed a heavier spring. He lubed everything and now the door works the best it ever has! Great job Felix!

The repair of my broken spring was not a small investment. The age of my door made direct replacement of components impossible so new hardware needed to be installed to accept the new spring type. Felix did a great job explaining the best approach to my upgrade and put a package together that insured future expected repair issues were taken care of during this visit. A little education by Felix went a long way in understanding the superior products used by Precision. I replaced my springs and associated hardware as well as installed new rollers. Thank you Felix. I had planned on calling Sears because the garage had a VERY old Craftsman operating system when I bought my house. It was noisy, unreliable, and "on its way out". A family friend/contractor referred me to Precision. The service was timely and affordable. I've only had the new operating system for less than a week, but so far I'm quite happy with it! Felix, my technician, answered all my questions and was easy to work with. He did not leave until I fully understood the installation, method of use, and reviewed all terms of my bill and warranty.
