The left torsion spring broke on my garage door on a Saturday night. I did some research on the internet and noticed that Precision Door had excellent reviews from their customers so I called them on Monday morning and scheduled service for Tuesday afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised when Precision Door Technician Felix Coriano informed me he would be fixing my door the very same day! In addition to fixing my springs, I had him replace all the rollers as well. Now my door works perfectly, is super quiet, and good to go for the next 20 years! So glad I called Precision Door instead of doing it myself.

I called to have a faulty door opener repaired & service tech suggested I save my money for a new opener. Several months later I received new door, new opener w/key pad. Haven't been trapped in the garage since. Such a great investment; several years later I called to have a new door, new opener and key pad installed at my moms home. The tech showed up 40 minutes early which was excellent and freed up our day. He was quick and efficient in assessing the issue. He didn't fabricate a problem in order to make a sale. He was honest and forthcoming in his assessment and actually saved us money by fixing the door. We will need to replace it eventually due to existing problem but we were spared a large expense for now. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

My house was built in 1964 and contains a 15 foot by 7 foot wooden door. I doubt it has ever been serviced, I have been here for almost 39 yrs. The tracks were useable but the torsion springs, bearings, and rollers were shot. The door was far from being balanced and it would try to drop even if it was three fourths of the way open. Felix was the technician that came to review and fix the opening problems. Within 2.5 hours the door was working smoothly. It now will hold in place even open as low as one panel (1/4) of the way. I needed my torsion springs replaced because one of them broke. I was fortunate enough to have Felix as the gentleman who came to repair it. Not only was I very happy that he was able to make my appointment earlier than scheduled (he called ahead to see if it would be OK), but the speed at which he worked was very impressive. Felix was very friendly and was a fountain of information. As he worked he took the time to explain the importance of using quality parts and the proper maintenance and care of the door and related equipment. It was just luck that they sent Felix to my house, but if you need any service done to your door, you would be extremely fortunate to have Felix as your service man. Thanks Felix!!

I am very satisfied with the service provided by Felix. He was thorough in explaining the condition of our doors and what we could do to improve their performance. He did not pressure us to do anything beyond the basic door tune up. We did decide to install new rollers to quiet the door's operation.
