I needed my torsion springs replaced because one of them broke. I was fortunate enough to have Felix as the gentleman who came to repair it. Not only was I very happy that he was able to make my appointment earlier than scheduled (he called ahead to see if it would be OK), but the speed at which he worked was very impressive. Felix was very friendly and was a fountain of information. As he worked he took the time to explain the importance of using quality parts and the proper maintenance and care of the door and related equipment. It was just luck that they sent Felix to my house, but if you need any service done to your door, you would be extremely fortunate to have Felix as your service man. Thanks Felix!!

Scheduling was quick and easy. Plus, the service tech phoned during the specified window to give me a more specific ETA. Upon arrival, the tech diagnosed the problem quickly and put the fix in place quickly as well. Overall, a great experience.

I am very satisfied with the service provided by Felix. He was thorough in explaining the condition of our doors and what we could do to improve their performance. He did not pressure us to do anything beyond the basic door tune up. We did decide to install new rollers to quiet the door's operation. His attention was very professional and we would certainly utilize Precision's services again.

The tech, Felix, knew just what he was doing and resolved the problem quickly. He made the added effort of checking the whole system over before leaving. 5 stars. I had a single garage door with opener installed. I initially talked with the owner who examined our garage, explained the various options, and provided a quote. The door was installed within a week. The technician was knowledgeable, conscientious, and courteous. The quality of his workmanship was excellent. My experience from beginning to end was first-rate. I would highly recommend them and would use their services in the future.

One of our old garage door extension springs broke, leaving the heavy wooden door stuck in the closed position. I called Precision and they came the next day--a Sunday evening. Mark and I got the door open to get our car out. He said he could replace both springs but recommended replacing the door with a new steel door and safer spring system. There was no pressure to buy and since our existing door was 50 years old, we ordered a new door from Mark during the service call. Since we needed a non-standard 15 foot wide door, Precision did not have the model we wanted (with windows) in stock and had to order it. They scheduled installation 3 weeks out. On the scheduled date, Felix called prior to arrival, took about 4 hours to dismantle and remove the old door and install the new one. We are very pleased with the new door which is much quieter than the old one, while letting in daylight. I am a stickler for customer service and I have to give kudos to this company. The call-takers were efficient and polite. The two technician/installers were very courteous and professional. I found this company on Angie's List and would highly recommend them.

Precision is the only company in Rochester you need to call. No leaving a message and waiting for a call back. They perform emergency service after business hours. My tech was great!

I would recommend Percision Garage door. To anyone looking to repair or race their garage door.They could not of been more friendly or helpful in our choice. We were given the choice of repairing or replacing our door. Seeing our old door was 50 yrs old we chose to replace. We were given great choices both in quality and price. Our installer was Felix and we can not say enough good about him. He is so polite and friendly. Felix is a very hard worker and very knowledgable of the whole garage door systems. A great thank you to Mary in the office too for answering all my email questions and phone calls very promptly and friendly. Thanks again to Felix,Precision is lucky to have such a dedicated and hard working person working for them. We enjoyed having you at our home..GO REDSKINS!

Glad I called Precision for our new garage door and opener. Couldn't be more pleased with the look of the door and quietness the opener. Felix did a professional job with the installation made sure that he swept the floor and wiped down the outside of the door. Especially appreciated the call prior to his arrival for installation.

We chose Precision Garage Door Service primarily because of the positive reviews on this website and we were certainly not disappointed! While repairing one pre- '93 Liftmaster opener and installing a new Liftmaster opener, our technician, Felix, ran into an issue he had not seen before. He immediately contacted Liftmaster and due to his advocacy, we ended up with a free opener! Precision provided us with excellent service and we could not be happier with Liftmaster for standing by their product (even though it was pre- '93)

This is the second time we have used Precision for a garage door repair and we wouldn't use anyone else!!
