My 18yr old son is a Jr. A Hockey player. He plays for WB/Scranton Jr. A Knights. I also really take pride in my job. I look forward to meeting you, and going over your door with you. The tec.that installed my garage door opener was a delight. He was very knowledgeable and shared his knowledge with me.He explained the advantages of different openers they provided and helped me make my decision. He called to confirm the time (most company's call at the last minute and change the time) and showed up as scheduled. 10 years ago I went with Precision Door for repairs to my garage door - I was pleased then so I decided to use your company again - Mark Sherman was very professional and gave me a quote very quickly on the spot regarding broken springs and bearings and made all suggestions needed for the repair - very quickly completed and very pleased with the service. thank you . I simply made a call, and a live person answered the phone (as simple as this is, I have found only a few companies actually do this), the person scheduled an appointment, and Mark arrived on time to fix the garage door. I would give Mark's service on Saturday a 5-star rating. He came right on time, found the problem was a broken wire in the activation system, and fixed it. Now the door works fine. He also did a lubrication of the mechanism, and the door runs quieter now. All this for about $50! So it was a very good service.

When the cable on our 50 yr. old garage door slipped off the drum and was frayed, I checked the internet for garage door installers, I was very impressed with Precision's website--a lot of good information including a bio & picture of all the technicians. And certainly many outstanding reviews from other customers. As soon as our technician Mark Sherman arrived at our home I knew I had chosen the right company. Mark is friendly, professional and explained the problem with our garage door and the options available; an expensive repair for an old door or a nice new door. A new door was the only way to go. Six days later Mark installed a beautiful new door. I'm amazed that in a few hours Mark could remove an old heavy door and install a new one! Thank you Precision! Thank you Mark!
