On 8Aug I had your company come to my home for a malfunctioning garage door opener. Phil Mormon, the tech, called to let me know approx. arrival time. He was prompt and very friendly. I have to admit he did seem perplexed at first, but he was very persistent and narrowed down the problem( at times it was kind of funny) . He was very business like however. He explained a few options to correct the problem and then corrected said problem. If this is an example of your work force, I would have no qualms of dealing with Precision Garage Doors in the future.

I was originally told that the earliest appointment available would be the next day after 5:00. I was completely surprised when Phil called and said he had completed everything he needed for the day and was able to come over right away. He came in and did an assessment of the problems and gave me a quote to get my door working. He also showed me some areas of concern.
