I had an emergency garage door issue...and Ron was at my house within an hour of my call. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining why I needed to replace the door and opener. The next morning the team showed up on time, were done well before the quoted time, and were a pleasure to deal with. The entire experience exceeded my expectations!

OMG!!!! Every other garage door company has told me to get a new door. A few of these other companies sent technicians who were willing to tinker with it first, but all of them ended up telling me the door was not able to be repaired. In the process of getting estimates for a new door, a neighbor recommended Precision. Precision not only gave me a reasonable estimate for the type of door I want (wood - which is appropriate for my neighborhood and my 75 year old house) but also spent over an hour adjusting the door..........and now it works!!!! Precision would not accept any payment, but wants me to call when I really do need a new door. Unreal!! I will definitely be working with Precision for any and all garage door needs in the future and will be telling all my friends!!

As a customer, we usually are very cautious when we get quotes for any service. What a pleasant surprise with all of the service received. Ron came out to review my job. He recommended only what I needed and did not try to sell unneccesary items/work. He was very professional and courteous. Price was very competitive.
