After assessing the damage after a wind storm and then heavy snow storm I found two damaged garage doors. I contacted Precision and they came the next day. The whole process took just about 2 hours. The tech assessed the damage and provided us a clear written quote. He also told us it would take him just about two hours which it did.The tech was very knowledgeable, his truck was fully equipped and when completed he explained how to operate the new unit. Very happy..5stars

I just had my garage door repaired and the entire experience was great! Felix Coriano was my tech and he was FABULOUS! He called and gave me a 20 minute "heads up" which was very much appreciated. Upon arrival he was super polite and very informative regarding the repair needed. I also appreciate him letting me know what was needed to keep the system running smoothly for years to come. We were having multiple issues with our garage door and opener. Felix came and evaluated the whole situation. He presented our options and we made the decision to install a new opener.
