We had our garage door repaired yesterday by Sadmir Hamzic. He did a wonderful job! He was able to come earlier than the scheduled time which we were very happy about. His knowledge and efficiency was excellent. We will call in the near future to have him up-grade our “ancient” opener system!

Called precision because my torsion spring had broken. Since its a $60 fee just to come to the house, I let them know exactly what needed to be replaced and the size spring it needed to make the trip worth the fee. The technician told my wife that putting in a new spring was a “bandaid fix” and tried to sell us a new garage door for $3000. Door is old. Doesn’t need to be replaced though. I gave specific instructions on what I wanted and they still tried to upsell my wife. Terrible. Will never do business with them.

Very pleased with the prompt and effective service. The Technician showed up on time, had the appropriate parts on hand, replaced the coil spring and cables in less than 40 minutes and inspected the door overall for other safety/wear issues. Highly recommend!!!

My day was made! Our garage door opener hasn’t been working correctly for a while. We had tried to no avail to fix it ourselves. Decided to call Precision to see if they could fix it. It was determined that it was an unfixable issue with the opener. This did not surprise me. A new opener was installed quickly and professionally. From start to finish with Precision, I was very happy and so glad to have my door opener working again especially in this cold weather! My techs were also great. Very patient with my questions and thorough in explaining all of the functions of the new opener. Highly recommend this company!!

Precision door installed my opener about 5 years ago. They are quick to respond to issues and questions. There was an issue with the original door opener installation that was quickly resolved. I have now decided to add the battery backup (which I would highly recommend). Since my power goes out often, the battery backup will keep me from having to reset the open and closed positions.

Garage door and opener replaced 5/23/24 by Sadmir Hamzic. Technician arrived at the appointed time and completed the installation in a timely manner with no issues encountered. Our new garage door and opener work flawlessly - we're extremely pleased with everything. Sadmir explained the operation of the opener and instructed us about the routine maintenance (door hinge and bearing lubrication, etc.) that we should perform to keep the door running smoothly. We are extremely pleased with our choice to deal with Precision Door Service and would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Arrived home last night from out of town travel to discover garage door opener chain had disengaged from track and door could only be operated manually. several years ago had had good service from Precision for a different problem, so I called this morning. They were able to provide emergencies service in less than four hours, Sadie, technician, was very professional, courteous and thoroughly likable. He diagnosed the problem promptly and replaced the 15 year old unit with a new one…all on this same visit at a reasonable price. Hopefully wiil not need their services anytime soon, but fully recommend to anyone who does

The spring on our garage door opener broke over the weekend and we couldn’t be happier with the service received from Precision! They came within a couple days and repaired it so fast. It was easy to schedule an appointment. They do not charge extra for Sunday service. The technician (Sadmir) was efficient and competent. He called to ask if he could arrive early.
