I would like to give the Technician, Nick, TEN stars. He was very knowledgeable, kind and fixed my garage door the same day in about an hour! The $60 service call fee and $100 towards labor/servicing was very fair & reasonable. I am only giving Precision 4 stars b/c I was NOT thrilled with Precision's up-charge for parts. (I had researched the cost of all parts prior to calling Precision, hoping I could find an independent contractor/handy man to come & replace parts.) While it is swell that Precision trucks are loaded with parts to repair doors the same day as they estimate work, I don't think it is right to price parts (spring, cables, rollers, bearings) double (in some cases 3-4 times) what they actually cost individually---and I'm sure Precision gets a bulk discount on parts to keep their trucks filled, as well :/ Because of the cost, I would only recommend Precision to others if they cannot possibly find anyone else.

Zikret was very courteous and knowledgeable. I was amazed how quickly I got an appointment (2 hours after calling). Zikret very clearly explained my repair options and, once decided, was very prompt with the repair. I was very happy with his service and will recommend your company to others.

Technician was extremely professional and very courteous. Have no complaints with personnel. Cost of the repair was very pricey. About a year ago I had previous door a spring and cables replaced also. And it was about half the price. I was pressed for time so I had no choice.

Hi, Felix came by the house to help with my garage door, he needed to reprogram opener to the door would stay down when I would close. I had some work done the day before the problem where I had to flip the breaker. Felix was very courteous and professional.

Mechanic named "Zee" showed up promptly and inspected six OH doors that needed some adjustments. Within two hours, he had all working smoothly again. My only real concern was that in the course of replacing the door rollers, the track was sprung and then straightened with a hammer and dolly. There should be a technique for roller replacement that does not result in kinking the track. Another observation: way, way too many emailed forms (ten printed pages!) for a rather minor straightforward repair.

This was my second time using Precision.. The service I received years ago was excellent so they were my first and only choice this time. Our service technician Mark was skilled, personable, professional and able to recommend based on my repair questions. In these days It’s not always common to be pleased with customer service and performance reliability, but Precision has done that for us and I will use them again and often recommend them.

Mark sent a text five minutes before arriving, which was nice, even though he was 40 minutes early. He couldn’t do the weather strip we wanted because of the brand, so he recommended another vendor, and didn’t charge for the estimate. So: good “pre” customer service but I still need to get the work done!

The tech, Felix, knew just what he was doing and resolved the problem quickly. He made the added effort of checking the whole system over before leaving. Overall service was fine. One issue: we were told the technician would arrive between 10A.M.-noon (I have the email), but he arrived at 9:00 A.M. which was a bit inconvenient.

I was in a bad spot. I had just returned from a business trip, and my lawn needed attention immediately. My Garage door had broken when I was gone and would not move. Of course, my mower was inside. Precision came out on a weekend and fixed my door for much less than I expected. The service man was very knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to use them again.
